Vikarabad Transport office AO in ACB net

Hyderabad: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) nabbed one A Praveen Kumar, Administrative officer, Vikarabad District Transport Office on Wednesday on charges of demanding and accepting a bribe amount of Rs 10,000 for issuing a registration certificate.

According to the ACB officials on the receipt of the complaint from one M Ramesh Babu in which he stated that Praveen Kumar, Administrative Officer in Vikarabad District Transport office had demanded a bribe for issuing a Registration certificate for the complainant's vehicle. Bribe amount was received by private persons named Aadil Khan and M Ravinder on behalf of Praveen Kumar.
