Army declares terror alert in Kerala; state put on high alert

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala police, on Monday, have issued alerts to all districts across the state following Army's warning of a terror attack.

Kerala's Director General of Police Loknath Behera has asked police officials to keep strict vigil at public places.
