Bharat Mata's enemies have seen the fire and fury in Indian soldiers says Narendra Modi in Surprise visit to Ladakh
New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a surprise visit to Ladakh and addressed the soldiers at Nimu on Friday. PM addressing the soldiers, expressed his gratitude for the bravery and commitment in protecting Indian borders.
Addressing the soldiers, PM said, "The bravery that you and your compatriots showed, made world to know about India's strength. Your courage is higher than the heights where you are posted today." He paid his tributes to the brave soldiers martyred in the Galwan Valley.
He also said that India becomes stronger because of the sacrifices of the soldiers. "The bravery of 14 Corps will be talked about everywhere. Tales of your bravery and valour are echoing in every house in the country. Bharat Mata's enemies have seen the fire and fury in you,"he added.
He also said, "Those who are weak can never initiate peace, bravery is a prerequisite for peace. Whether world wars or peace, whenever the need arises, the world has seen the victory of our brave hearts and their efforts towards peace."
He said that Indians are the same people who pray to the flute songs of Lord Krishna but also the people who idolise and follow the same Lord Krishna who carries the 'Sudarshana Chakra'. He added that age of expansionism is over, and this is the age of development. He said that expenditure on development on infrastructure in the border area is increased by three times.
