Corona infection cases in Delhi uncontrollable, but Satyendra Jain said - Lockdown will not be extended

New Delhi: Amidst the outbreak of Coronavirus epidemic in the capital, Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain on Friday made it clear that the Delhi lockdown will not be extended. On the Delhi Municipal Corporation's claim of 2,098 deaths from COVID-19 in Delhi, Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain said that those who are cremated with the COVID Protocol have two types of people. One who has died from COVID and the other who is a suspected patient of Coronavirus.

The same slip goes for both and It should be cremated with COVID protocol. Also, we have hospitals report and Sometimes reporting is also 2–4 days back and forth.

Satyendra Jain Describing the coronavirus as the biggest tragedy of this century, the Health Minister said on Thursday that it was a war-like situation and the Delhi government would try every means to meet the needs and bring doctors and medical personnel along. He said that earlier in 1918 the world had seen Spanish flu which lasted till 1920. The coronavirus is the biggest tragedy of this century.
