Uttarakhand: 15 inmates of Pursadi District Jail in Chamoli, will be released on 6-month parole. Inmates who have been sentenced to less than 7 years of imprisonment are being released on parole in the light of Coronavirus Outbreak. Currently, there are 89 inmates at the jail.

Police checking vehicles thoroughly in Guntur as two COVID19 positive cases registered in the city. Police placed 16 tough security check posts in the one town, from where the two cases reported, informed the Guntur Range IG Prabhakar Rao.
Italy now has more coronavirus cases than China
The number of coronavirus cases in Italy has reached 86,498. That puts the European country ahead of China, where 81,946 infections have been confirmed.
More than 9,000 people have died from the coronavirus in Italy, more than anywhere else in the world, followed by Spain at 5,138 deaths, and China at 3,295. In the US, there have been about 1,700 deaths so far.
Italy had 969 deaths on Friday -- the biggest single-day jump since the crisis began.
