Government of India released guidelines for Unlock 2.0

New Delhi: The central government has released guidelines for Corona Unlock-2 today. Guidelines issued by the government have extended the ban on schools, colleges, educational and coaching institutes, international flights, metro rail, cinema, gym, pool, religious ceremonies till 31 July.

According to the guideline, curfew will remain throughout the country from 10 pm to 5 am. Essential services will be exempt. The government has allowed only necessary works in the Containment Zone in Unlock-2. While in the Containment Zone, the government has decided to keep the lockdown in force.

According to the guidelines issued by the Home Ministry, Unlock-2 has banned social, political, sports, entertainment, educational, cultural and religious ceremonies and programs. In addition, the government has made it mandatory to wear masks in public places, workplaces and during transportation to prevent the growing infection of the corona virus.

Center and state training institutions outside the Containment Zone will be allowed to function from July 15, for which an SOP will be issued soon by the Department of Personnel and Training.

In the new guidelines, states and union territories can identify buffer zones outside the containment zone. Where new cases are likely to come up. Within the buffer zone, restrictions are considered necessary that may be imposed by district officials.
