Indian woman in Dubai complains over husband's harassment through Twitter, Police arrest the accused

In a most horrifying incident, a Bangaluru woman was reportedly harassed brutally by her husband in Twitter. However, The Consulate in Dubai and the Sharjah Police on Thursday held the accused. Mohammed Khizar Ullah who stays in Sharjah with her wife in UAE is said to be harassing his wife for quite some time.

After undergoing severe abuse by her husband, Jasmine Sultana complained to Police via Twitter by writing, "Required urgent help .....my name Jasmine sultana I live in UAE Sharjah my husband name is Mohammed khizar ulla ....I have assaulted badly by husband I want help."

The Tweet also carries a ten second video where the victim is seen bleeding from her lift eye. However, the police have arrested Jasmine's husband.

As per the reports stated in the the popular Newspaper in UAE, Jasmine Sultana had said "my husband assaulted me violently on Sunday night. He punched more on my eyes, twisted hands, and hit me on my ribs, my neck and my head. I thought I would die,"

The Indian consulate who are inquiring about the case confirmed the news and tweeted, which reads, "We met Ms. Jasmine today and are in regular touch with her. We have called her husband to the Consulate tomorrow and understand that local authorities are already questioning him. We will provide all possible help to Ms. Jasmine."

Jasmine who worked in Bengaluru private company has married Khizar in 2013. From thereon her troubles began.

After the culprit( her husband) being held, Jasmine thanked Sharjah police and asked the police to help her reach her home in Bengaluru.
