INX Media Case live update: CBI quizzes Chidambaram

Former Finance Minister P Chidambaram was arrested by the CBI sleuths on Wednesday night in connection with INX media connection case amid high drama. Upon medical examination at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, he was kept at CBI guest house. He was arrested on the charges of money laundering and receiving kickbacks for Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) illegal approvals. According to reports, CBI has quizzed him after the arrest. The Congress has said that it is a murder of democracy in broad daylight.
