Kashmir Crisis: Kejriwal backs Centre's decision to scrap Article 370
New Delhi: As the move to scrap Article 370 drew protests from opposition leaders, Arvind Kejriwal came out in support of the government.
The Delhi CM tweeted:
We support the govt on its decisions on J & K. We hope this will bring peace and development in the state.

"We support the government on its decisions on Jammu and Kashmir. We hope this will bring peace and development in the state,"
Mr Kejriwal has spent a significant part of political journey criticising the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi over various issues. This move is surprising to many.
Home Minister Amit Shah said Jammu and Kashmir would be bifurcated into two regions. The Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, like Delhi, will have an assembly. Ladakh will be a Union Territory without an assembly.
