Loans are also being approved for self-employment under Chief Minister Khattar's Antyodaya Utthan Parivar Yojana
An eight-digit Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) prepared by the new Citizen Resource Information Department constituted as per the vision of Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal, is proving to be an effective document for the people of the state. As soon as a citizen completes the age of 60 years, his name automatically gets included in the list of beneficiaries of the old age samman allowance scheme. Now he neither has to go to any office nor does he need to please with anyone for the same.
As soon as a person attains the age of 60 years, their name is automatically included in the list from the PPP. According to departmental information, about 5000 new pensions are being made every month. People are considering the PPP as an effective document. This has proved to be a document through which the benefits of all government schemes/services have started reaching the eligible person. So far, more than 70 lakh families have been registered on this portal, which covers 2.76 crore population, out of which the data of about 86 percent families has been verified. Data on education, skill and unemployment of youth has also been put on this portal.

Haryana has truly embodied the principle of Antyodaya of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. For this a new Mukhyamantri Antyodaya Utthan Parivar Yojana was implemented.
