Seven Amazon employees charged for misusing company products

BENGALURU: A complaint against seven staffers had been filed by an authorised representative of Amazon Development Centre Pvt Ltd in Doddanekkundi, including a woman, for misusing company products worth Rs 64 lakh.

According to the complainant Dhunkesh Karrde, the accused had used laptops and other electronic gadgets that have been purchased by the company for personal reasons and did not return them.

Police have booked Darshan M of Kannamangala, Pratap S of Chikkabanavara, Ghanashyam of Yelahanka Old Town, Lalit Kumar of Malur, Raghavendra J of Yelahanka, Kavita Ancher of HSR Layout and Hemant Pratap under IPC sections 420 (cheating) and 408 (criminal breach of trust).
