Sharad Pawar denies support to BJP in Maharashtra Govt formation

Amaravati: NCP president Sharad Pawar denies support of the party to BJP in formation of government in Maharashtra on Saturday, just after Devendra Fadnavis sworn in as chief minister and NCP leader Ajit Pawar as deputy chief minister.

Sharad Pawar tweeted that, "Ajit Pawar's decision to support the BJP to form the Maharashtra Government is his personal decision and not that of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP).

We place on record that we do not support or endorse this decision of his."
