Zomato's response to a customer refusing Non-Hindu valet is gold
Zomato's social media game has always been strong and the team has proved themselves again with a response to a customer who wanted a Hindu valet to deliver his food. The original tweet from a user read:
Just cancelled an order on @ZomatoIN they allocated a non hindu rider for my food they said they can't change rider and can't refund on cancellation I said you can't force me to take a delivery I don't want don't refund just cancel

The user demanded a refund on his order. Zomato's official Twitter account was used to respond to the user, which read :
Food doesn't have a religion. It is a religion. https://t.co/H8P5FlAw6y

The company's Founder Deepinder Goyal tweeted clarifying their stance as well, saying they would never discriminate they employees on the basis of their religious beliefs. He tweeted:
