Tanya Arora bags Rs 42 lakh package from Microsoft

The big corporate companies often look for talented students and offer huge salary packages. Recently, software giant Microsoft has giver a bumper offer to a BTech final year student.

Tania Arora, a fourth-year BTech CSE student of Lovely Professional University (LPU) got selected as a software engineer in Microsoft with a huge salary package of Rs 42 lakh per annum.

Tania grabbed this offer over successfully completing the Coding Challenge. She will be working at Microsoft India R&D Center in Hyderabad.

University officials said in a statement that this is the highest package received by their students in the region. They also noted that the students are allowed to implement classroom lessons in real-time projects on their campus. LPU students find jobs in companies such as HP, Amazon, Yahoo, Cisco, Apple and Google, which are listed on Fortune 500 companies.
