Students urged to pursue technical courses 

A week-long workshop on life skills was conducted for students of SRK Institute of Technology, Vijaya Institute of Technology for Women and Vijaya Institute of Management Sciences for Women under the aegis of SRK Foundation, Enikepadu. Awareness was created among students about top technical certification programmes with good employability at the workshop, which concluded on Saturday.

Representatives of several reputed companies who delivered lectures at the workshop, advised students to pursue technical certification courses as part of their curriculum to get better placements soon after completion of studies. SRK Foundation chairman BS Appa Rao, secretary BS Sri Krishna, college principals K Bala Showry, P Venkateshwar and P Subbaiah, placement officer T Srinivas and others attended the workshop.
