SRK Foundation signs MoU with BSNL

SRK Foundation, Enikepadu, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BSNL on Wednesday. As part of the MoU, BSNL will offer practical training to ECE students of SRK Institute of Technology and Vijaya Institute of Technology for Women of SRK Foundation in `Telecommunication and Network Technologies’ at its offices in Vijayawada. SRK Foundation chairman BS Appa Rao and BSNL Vijayawada Senior General Manager M John Chrisostom exchanged the copies of MoU.

Speaking on the occasion, John Chrisostom said provision of practical training to engineering students as part of the curriculum makes them industry ready and it also enhances their chances of getting better placements soon after completion of the course. SRK Foundation secretary BS Sri Krishna, SRK Institute of Technology principal K Bala Showry, ECE Head of Department S Sri Gowri and others were present on the occasion.
