Krishna Varsity selects men volley ball team

Krishna University has selected its Men’s Volley ball team for South Zone Inter University Volley ball Tournament to be held at MG University, Kottayam, Kerala. The tournament will be held by MG University from December 2 to 6.

According to Krishna University Sports Board secretary Dr N Srinivas, coaching camp for the selected team has been completed at Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation (IGMC) stadium in the city. Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) volley ball coach K Koteswara Rao has given coaching to the team, he said. Volley ball coach Koteswara Rao will be nominated as Chief coach to the University team, he added.

Volley Ball Team includes G Vijay Kumar, V Pavan, B Tharun from PB Siddhartha College, Vijayawada, Sk Shammi Sohail, D Sai Teja, P Venkata Sisindri from ANR College, Gudivada, S Ajay Kumar from SRR and CVR college, Vijayawada, Ch Buchi Babu from SGS, Jaggaiahpet, K Mahesh from Vijaya college of Physical Education, Nunna, V Srikanth from Nalanda College, Vijayawada, R Prem Kumar from DAR, Nuzvid and Sk Abbas from Vikas College of Physical Education, Nunna.
