Canine show concludes

Vijayawada: The management of PVP Square Mall, in association with Marshalls Pet Zone, organised a 2-day pet show, which concluded at PVP Square Mall here on Sunday.

The event was organised to bring all the pet enthusiasts of Vijayawada under one roof. Mall operations senior manager, Dileep Badey said, “As part of our marketing activity we have planned the pet show. It is the first of its kind in the city.” He said that as many as 250 pet owners had registered for the show on both the days, with the star attraction being the dogs at the concluding dog show event. 

Various breeds of dogs like Pomeranians, Pugs, Siberian huskies, Great Dane, Chihuahua and many more attended the event. About 100 pet owners had registered for the dog show. Participants walked the ramp with their dogs dressed in colorful clothes and accessories. 

The dogs also indulged in various games. Prizes were given to the winning dogs in various categories like Fun Dog Games, Best Doggie Fashion, and Owner and Dog colour coordination. Dileep Badey thanked all the dog owners for their participation in the show.
