YSRCP trade union urban panel announced
Rajamahendravaram: YSRCP trade union president, Narava Gopala Krishna has announced the urban committee with 22 members, in the presence of party governing body member, Jakkampudi Vijaya Lakshmi, city co-ordinator, Routhu Suryaprakasa Rao and Greater Rajamahendravaram president, Kandula Durgesh.
The executive body appointed is as follows: organising president S Krishna Murthi, general secretary S Adinarayana, vice-presidents D Srinju, M Srinu, P Srinu, joint secretaries S Prasad, M Veerababu, C Chanti, P Esuratnam, organising secretaries PM Nageswara Rao, UMM Rao and treasurer K Simhachalam.
Jakkampudi Vijaya Lakshmi was appointed as the honorary president, Routhu Suryaprakasa Rao as honorary advisor and Kandula Durgesh as honorary legal advisor. Speaking on the occasion, the trade union president Narava Gopala Krishna said that as many as 25 auto stands were affiliated to YSRCP trade union in the city and plans were on to strengthen the trade union in the city. “Lorry stand, mini goods transport owners and workers association also affiliated to the trade union,” he added.
Party central governing body member, Jakkampudi Vijaya Lakshmi asked the members to bring lorry stand and van stand into the city again, once YSRCP comes into power. “Some politicians and officials colluded and shifted the sands away from the city from the existing place,” she added.
Routhu Suryaprakasa Rao and Kandula Durgesh asked the new executive body to work with coordination to strengthen the union in all fronts. Trade union state leader A Venkatara Ramana, YSRCP floor leader in the Council Medapati Sharmila Reddy and others were present.
