Govt diluting interests of employees: MLC
Guntur: MLC Vennapusa Gopal Reddy, criticised that the state government is diluting the interests of the employees, teachers and pensioners.
Addressing a press meet held in Guntur city on Sunday, the MLC said that the associations were not in a position to open their mouth against the government. He said that when the employees were working for 10th PRC, the government was showing financial crisis as a reason and criticised that the Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was spending several crores of rupees for foreign trips and achieved nothing.
He said that the NGO associations were chanting CM mantra instead of solving problems of employees and added that the state government was not in a position to hike Das also. He wondered why NGOs were not grilling the government for PRC and urged the NGOs and teachers to agitate till they get 49 per cent of increments. He said that the government had failed to implement the crop loan waiver scheme. AP NGOs Association state former president Sambi Reddy was also present.
