Meet on applied science & tech on Jan 24, 25

Bhimavaram: The SRKR Engineering College, Bhimavaram is organising a two-day International Conference on Applied Science and Technology (ICAST-2018) on January 24 and 25, according to the college principal G Pardhasaradhi Varma .The college director, Sagi Vithal Rangaraju released the international conference brochure at the college management conference hall on Sunday.

The director of the conference, PA Ramakrishnam Raju and the programme coordinator Dr Venu Reddy said that the conference would be conducted to attain a great interest in the development of far-reaching modernity in a civilised society.  With the recent innovations in applied science and technology, the life of people had significantly improved. It was essential to the research community to update the current developments in this area through interaction and sharing the knowledge with researchers, academicians and students.

The college principal said that Dr Ajay Kumar Singh, Director, Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences, DRDO, New Delhi, Dr D Rajendra Singh, Associate Director, Centre for Fire Explosive and Environmental Safety, DRDO, New Delhi, Pratap Kollu, Cambridge University, UK, Dr Venkat Pammi, Chungnam National University, Republic of Korea, Prof PS Avadhani, Principal, Andhra University College of Engineering would be participating in the conference.
