Kanna hoists tricolour, explians welfare schemes

Guntur: Former Minister and BJP leader Kanna Lakshnminarayana hoisted the national flag on the occasion of 69th Republic Day celebrations at a programme held under the aegis of BJP Guntur urban district wing at Ramana Kshetram in Guntur city on Friday. 

Speaking on the occasion, he said that country was developing under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The central government was implementing several welfare schemes for the poor. He urged the poor to avail benefits of welfare schemes.

BJP Guntur urban president Ammisetty Anjaneyulu explained significance of Republic Day and garlanded the statue of Bharath Mata. BJP leaders also attended the event.
