Space awareness event enthrals audience

Rajamahendravaram: “Sky is a huge laboratory and is a feast for our eyes,” opined Planetary Society of India Director Raghunandan. He participated as a chief guest at an awareness programme on space here at Pratibha Educare. Raghunandan explained about Chandrayan-2 and lunar eclipse through a presentation to all the students. 

He also said that the lunar eclipse has a speciality of appearing once in every 150 years. He further explained about the planetary system, stars and asteroids in his presentation. The students, the teachers and even the parents were spellbound at Raghunandan’s presentation on space objects. Pratibha Educare director Murthy supervised the programme.
