Competitions mark Chemcolloquium

Vijayawada: The department of Chemistry of PB Siddhartha Arts and Science College organised ‘Chemcolloquium-2K18’ inter-college competitions on the college premises here on Thursday.

College principal Dr Meka Ramesh inaugurated the programme. Students from various colleges of Krishna district participated in the competitions organised at Chemcolloquium. The competitions were organised to bring out the hidden talent from the students, he added.

Krishna University science dean Prof MV Basaveswara Rao was the chief guest of the programme. Students actively participated in events like Just a minute, Paper Presentation, Poster Presentation, Quiz, Dance, Songs, Orchestra, Mr and Mrs Chemcolloquium-2K18, Dumb Charades, Article writing etc. The winners were given prize money, memento and certificate of participation.

College director Vemuri Babu Rao, dean Jampa Rajesh, Chemistry HoD S Manoranjani, assistant HoD V Shailaja, students and others were present.
