CM inspects Pogonda project site

 Eluru: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, received a warm welcome by Ministers, MLAs and officials at Pogonda Project area near Chintalagudem in Buttayagudem village on Monday morning.

The Chief Minister reached the project site around 11.40 in the morning by helicopter from Vijayawada. Water Resources Minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao, MPs Maganti Venkateswara Rao (Babu), Thota Sitaramalakshmi, MLAs Chintamaneni Prabhakar, Modium Srinivasa Rao, Muppidi Venkateswara Rao, Ganni Veeranjaneyul, ZP Vice-Chairperson Ch Venkata Ramana, presented a bouquet to the Chief Minister at the helipad. 

Collector K Bhaskar, ITDA Project Officer Harindra Prasad and other officials followed the Chief Minister.

The Chief Minister reached the Pogonda project site after the reception. He watched a photo exhibition arranged at the project site. Water Resources Principal Secretary Shasibushan Kumar and Water Resources Department officials explained to the Chief Minister on the project. Chandrababu Naidu also watched the project map.
