Collector tells officials to speed up AIIMS works

Guntur: District Collector Kona Sasidhar directed the officials to speed  up construction of All India Institute of Medical Sciences buildings  within the  stipulated time.

He conducted a videoconference with the officials regarding construction, infrastructure, laying of roads, power supply and water supply. Speaking on this occasion, he directed the officials to prepare plans to supply drinking water to the AIIMS. He ordered the officials to shift NDRF office from the AIIMS. He also instructed them to speed up electrical poles’ shifting and substations’ construction works and speed up forest lands clearing. 

He asked them to take permission for buildings to be constructed in the second phase. Joint Collector -2 in-charge Vijayachandar also participated.
