MLA promises to develop SC colonies

Kakinada: Mummidivaram MLA Datla Subbaraju, has requested elders of the SC community to have faith in his party assuring that his government would create all the necessary amenities in their colonies. He made the statement while participating in Chandranna Mundadugu and Dalita Tejam programmes at the hamlets of Bapanapalle and Sunkuta Revu in Tallarevu mandal, on Friday, where he was also chief guest. 

Addressing the gathering, the MLA said that his party is aiming to develop all the SC colonies in the state by organising Dalita Tejam programmes. “All their party leaders would visit the SC colonies to address the problems in the colonies which would be sorted out and uploaded to the TDP central office at Amaravathi,” he said.

The MLA informed that basic amenities like drinking water, housing, CC Roads, lighting and sanitation would be given highest priority in the programme at all the SC colonies in the constituency. CC roads were constructed in nearly 25 Gram Panchayats in the constituency. In this connection, MLA inaugurated a community hall which was built with Rs 12 lakh at the Sunkatarevu hamlet. He laid a foundation stone for the construction of slab work for the Ambedkar statue at Bapanapalle hamlet.

ZPTC member Rama Lakshmi, MPP president Tekumudi Anantha Lakshmi, Sarpanch Chinna Rao, AMC member MG Suryanarayana, Vigilance Committee Member Dhulipudi Venkata Ramana (Bobby), SC leaders Dunna Satyanarayana, Jakkala Prasad and others participated.
