Jagannadha Radha Yatra to be held tomorrow
Rajamahendravaram: ISKCON Temple vice-president Syamanga Srinivas Das has said that arrangements were made to the proposed Jagannadha Radha Yatra scheduled to be held in the city from 3 pm on March 9. Speaking to reporters at ISKCON Temple here on Wednesday, he said that the Radha Yatra commences from Kotipalli Bus Station and concludes at Subramanya Mydanam, by covering main road, Fort Gate, Lakshmivarapupeta and Devi Chowk.
The ISKCON is organising the event for fifth time in the city and the celestial fete will be held every year. As many as 40 delegates from various countries grace the fete and 60 Mayapur International Residential School students chant Hare Rama Hare Krishna mantra during the yatra. Artistes from Kerala state also perform various events. He appealed to the people to participate in radha yatra for the blessings of Lord Jagannadha Swamy.
