Mandapeta targets 100% pass in SSC exams
Kakinada: Mandapeta municipal chairman Chundru Sri Vara Prakash on Wednesday informed that they had taken all the necessary measures to achieve cent percent pass in tenth class examinations which would begin from Thursday. He explained that he personally took the responsibility of the tenth class students and 127 students have been chosen for the intensive coaching from the Gowthami and Jawaharlal Municipal High Schools in the town.
He informed that among the 127 students, 37 students had been receiving training in his AC chamber at the Municipal Building and the remaining 90 students had been imparted training at Brahmin Kalyana Mandapam. Prakash said that the coaching begins from 8 am and lasts till 8 in the evening on all the exam days until the last exam finishes. All the students had been receiving coaching from the teachers who are experts in their respective subjects.
He further informed that he provided milk and eggs for breakfast in the morning besides lunch and snacks and fruits as the evening diet. On Wednesday, he distributed planks and pens to all the 127 students and wished them to show their power and abilities in the examinations to prove that municipal schools were the best schools. Prakash made it clear that he had been providing financial assistance. He urged the students that they should achieve good grades and should bring laurels to the hometown Mandapeta.
