JUDA warns govt of not attending emergency cases

Kakinada: The agitating Andhra Pradesh Junior Doctors Association (AP JUDA) members continued their protest against the government at the Government General Hospital on Thursday. Their protest entered the seventh day. 

They formed as a human chain condemning the government’s delay in providing justice to all the junior doctors across the state. They displayed the placards showing slogans like “Don’t Kill the Hands that Heal.” They demanded that the government release stipend arrears without delay. They urged the government to amend laws if necessary in the Assembly and solve the problems.

They threatened the government to stop attending emergency cases also, if the government failed to act quickly. JUDA representatives told that their state representatives went to capital city Amaravati to attend the state penal committee meeting. JUDA leaders Dr Md Nuruddin, Dr Vandana, Dr Snigdha, Dr Anudip and others participated in the protest.
