Class IV employees felicitated

Bhimavaram: Ugadi celebrations were held at SRKR Engineering College here on Sunday. The college students light the lamp at Ugadi Lakshmi and performed Pooja. On the occasion, Panchanga Sravanam was conducted by Kameswara Sarma.

College principal G Pardhasardhi Varma explained the Ugadi festival’s importance and stated that it was very happy to conduct the celebrations in the college. Mantena Sitarama Raju, Krishna Hari, DSN Raju, Dr KVSN Raju addressed. Sitaramaraju distributed the Ugadi Pachadi to the participants.

The college principal along with students felicitated the Class IV employees. The students performed Padapuja on the occasion and gave away the thatched fans, drinking pots, chappals and umbrellas to them. College lecturers Sitaramaraju, PV Narasimharaju, Nagaraju, Dr Bhavania and others participated.
