Parents hailed for students’ success

Guntur: JNTU-Kakinada Vice-Chancellor VSS Kumar has appreciated 471 Vignan students who got placements in the campus interviews and added that it is victory of parents. Vignan Lara Engineering College anniversary celebrations were held on the college premises on Sunday.

The college management felicitated parents of the students who got placements in the campus selections conducted in the college.

Speaking on this occasion, Kumar urged the students do hard work to come up in life. He attributed success of students to parents and hailed the Vignan University for conducting the programme.

Tobacco Board executive director Addanki Sridhar Babu suggested the students not to satisfy with the small achievements. “If you satisfy with small achievements, there will be no further growth. You need to do hard work to succeed in life. Service to society is also the responsibility of students,” he opined.Vignan Group chairman Dr Lavu Rattaiah was also present.
