Good Friday observed with devotion

Guntur: Devotees observed Good Friday at Pedakakani Chruch and conducted prayers. Speaking on the occasion, Bible Mission Vice-President Dr J Samuel Kiran said death of Christ is good to the world. 

He said Jesus sacrificed his life for human beings and urged the people to draw inspiration from him and extend helping hand to others and need to show love, affection to others. He urged the people to habituate forgiveness. Believers gave up 40-day deeksha on this occasion. 

Later, free meals offered to the devotees and the poor. A large number of devotees visited the church and conducted prayers.
