SSC exam spot valuation begins today

Vijayawada: District Educational Officer (DEO) MV Rajya Lakshmi said the SSC public examination spot valuation will be held from April 2 to 15.

As many as 5,45,297 answer scripts were allotted to Krishna district. About 165 chief examiners were appointed. As many as 983 assistant examiners and 330 special assistant were also assigned for the SSC spot valuation task, she said.

Biometric attendance would be implemented for the staff at the spot valuation camp at St Francis High School, Machilipatnam. The results will be announced within 15 days after the spot valuation was completed.

Earlier, the SSC examination stated on March 15 and concluded on March 27. A total of 57,127 candidates appeared for the SSC examination. In all, 56,035 regular candidates and 1,092 private candidates appeared for the examinations at 268 examination centres across the district.
