New pensions distributed

Rajamahendravaram: Mayor Pantham Rajani Sesha Sai launched the distribution of newly-sanctioned pensions in 30th division here on Thursday. 

Later, the mayor said Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu had sanctioned as many as 1,692 new pensions on the request of the corporation, when he came here to inaugurate new municipal corporation office.

Pensions were sanctioned on bases of seniority, age and disability. The corporation was trying to get more pensions to the city. Sanction of pensions was done with transparency, the mayor claimed.Division corporator M Durga Srinivas and others were present.
