Activity-based programmes at Kaki Pitchuka School

Kanigiri: The Kaki Pitchuka School in Kanigiri organised Happy Sunday as a fun-filled activity-based learning programme. The children participated in various activities to experiment, learn and cooperate with one another.

The school director, Boggarapu Praveen Kumar, correspondent Suma, teachers Durga and Razia Begum involved the students in activities like archery, bowling, attacking game, tennis, chess, Vaikunthapali and other brain sharpening games.

The Telugu pundit, Kameswara Sarma, who is also the chief guest for Sunday, told stories like Sajjanudu, Durasa Sukhamunaku Chetu etc to help the children understand the importance of honesty, loyalty, friendship, cooperation and other good values. 

He presented gifts to the students who performed well in the activity-based learning programme.
