20 hurt as speeding bus rams into stationary bus

Giddalur: About 20 passengers received injuries in a road accident involving a speeding bus which rammed into a stationary bus at Turimella village on Monday afternoon. The passengers in the Cumbum to Giddalur bus stopped the vehicle to get down at the community health center in Turimella village. 

At the same time, another bus in the same direction, from Yerrabalem to Giddalur, rammed into the stationary bus from behind. The passengers in the two busses received minor injuries and shifted to the CHC immediately. They were offered first aid and bandages before they were discharged in few hours.
The police registered an accident case and started investigation.
