Study company before investing, students told

Guntur: A two-day national seminar on stock market started at Vignan Nirula Mahila Engineering College at Palakaluru near Guntur on Monday.

Karvy Company training centre senior manager Karunakar, speaking on the occasion said, “If we invest our money in the stock market, our investments will increase. We will get good returns in the company over a period of time.”

Over 500 students participated in the seminar who came from across the country.Karunakar said that in order to invest in the stock market, one should start saving part of one’s earnings every month.

He said, “We have to invest after studying about the company. If we get grip over the share market, we may earn more money in the share market.”

Vignan Nirula Mahila Engineering College principal Pathuri Radhika, in her address said this kind of symposiums would create awareness among students on stock market.
