IITTM offers job-oriented courses

Vijayawada: The Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM) is offering 100 percent placement- oriented courses in BBA and MBA, claimed IITTM programme chairperson Dr A Vinodan.

Addressing the media here on Thursday, he said that the Intermediate and degree passed out students can join the IITTM for a shiny career in Public and Private Tourism, Travel sectors across India and foreign countries.

He said that IITTM was offering two and three years BBA and MBA programmes at the Nellore campus which was the only campus in South India apart from Gwalior (Head Office), Noida, Goa and Bhubaneswar. He said that IITTM was an autonomous body under Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and was offering the academic programmes in collaboration with IGNTU, he added.

He informed that students with a minimum of 50 percent marks are eligible for applying to BBA and MBA courses with an intake of 60 seats. Interested students can apply through online on or before May 15, and the offline examination will be held on June 3, he added.
