People urged to make Bijili bandh a success tomorrow

Ongole: The Pratyeka Hoda Sadhana Samiti asked the people to voluntarily participate and make success of the Bijili Bandh on April 24 evening.The forum district convener and CPI district president, ML Narayana said that the opposition parties and public organisations like YSRCP, Congress, CPI, CPM, Jana Sena were continuing the fight for Special Category Status (SCS). 

He said that after the success of bandh, blockade of national highways and other protests in front of state and Central government offices, they were taking up Bijili Bandh, shut down of electricity lamps and other equipment from 7 pm to 7.30 pm on April 24, Tuesday. He asked the public to participate in the protest before the Gandhi statues at Gandhi road for the SCS.

The YSRCP town president, Singaraju Venkatarao, Congress town president and AICC member Sripati Prakasam, CPM state committee member Anjaiah and others also participated in the meeting.
