Win passengers trust, RTC staff told

Guntur: Guntur Urban SP Ch Vijaya Rao said that there is need to keep a check on road accidents.He addressed a meeting held in the APSRTC Guntur Regional Office on the occasion of National Road Safety Week celebrations held on Monday.

He said passengers feel that RTC bus travel was safe and secure. The RTC staff should work towards instilling such confidence among the passengers forever.
   
Appreciating the RTC bus drivers and conductors, the SP said in spite of pressures on them, they were taking care of passengers. Generally passengers would give priority to RTC bus travelling because of safety. 

Later, he felicitated RTC bus driver Meera who completed 33 years of service without remarks in the driving.
