Mayor instructs headmasters to improve attendance

Kakinada: Mayor Sunkara Pavani ordered all the headmasters of corporation schools to take measures to increase the attendance in the schools.She conducted a meeting with headmasters of all the 14 high schools and 52 primary schools in the corporation purview at the meeting hall in the corporation office on Tuesday evening. 

Speaking on this occasion, Mayor said that they had provided the necessary equipment to all the schools. The teachers should talk to the parents of the children who were absconding the classes and convince the parents to send their children to schools for their bright future.Corporation manager and school headmasters participated in the meeting.
