CPM extends support to 104 employees
Guntur: Communist Party of India (Marxist) has extended its support to 104 employees’ bandh on Thursday.Addressing the gathering, the CPM district secretary, Pasam Rama Rao demanded that the government solve the problems of the 104 employees. He visited 108 employees camp at Collectorate here.
Speaking on this occasion, he said that though the employees had been working for the past 10 years, the government was not implementing the GO No 15 and alleged that the government was implementing the anti-employee policies.
He expressed serious concern for not hiking their salaries for the last six years. He said that though the employees protesting all these years, the government was not calling them for negotiations. He said that 104 vehicles were out of condition. The CPM leader, Y Nethaji was also present.
