TDP condemns BJP remarks on Gorantla

Rajamahendravaram: TDP floor leader in the municipal council Varre Srinuvasa Rao has said that BJP urban president Bommula Dutt has no right to criticise Rural MLA Gorantla Buchaiah Choudary in any aspect.

Speaking to reporters at Press Club here on Monday, he said that it was pity to tell about BJP city president Dutt who was not having minimum knowledge about politics. A damage suit also be filed against the BJP leaders who made baseless allegations against Gorantla Buchaiah Choudary. The BJP leader not even get 100 votes in 2002 municipal corporation elections.

How many Assembly constituencies the BJP had won in 2014 Assembly elections which were allotted to BJP as part of election alliance, he questioned. Because of Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Somu Virraju became MLC. 

The people knew very well about the strength of BJP in the city and asked Dutt not to criticise senior leaders like Buchaiah Choudary.TDP corporators K Chandipriya, K Sekhar, K Padmavathi and others were present.
