New courses with scope for jobs at KBN
Vijayawada: New courses were introduced for the first time to the undergraduate students which has wide scope of job opportunities, announced Kakaraparti Bhavanarayana (KBN) College president P Hemachandra Rao here on Wednesday. Addressing the media persons on introducing B Sc (IOT), B Sc (Data Sciences) and B Com (Business Analytics), he said that there was a huge job requirement for these courses and the future depends on these tools, he said.
He said that according to experts, Rs 5.5 lakh crore would be invested on Internet of Things by 2021, he said and added that in the days to come lakhs of computers would be connected for various things.
The college secretary, T Srinivasulu said that Data Sciences plays an important role in Information and Technology sector and there was 50 percent shortage of professionals in this field. He said that by 2020, about 2.7 million job opportunities would be available on this, he informed.Business analysts would also play a key role in the days to come, he added.
