SP reviews security at CM's residence

Guntur: Urban Superintendent of Police Ch Vijaya Rao reviewed security arrangements at Collectors conference to be held at CM's residence in Guntur on Thursday.

He posted 336 cops including DSPs, CIs and other officials for security purpose. He instructed the officials on security to be more alert and take all the precautionary measures to avoid untoward incidents.

It may be mentioned here that the police had diverted the traffic. He warned that he would not spare anybody, if they were negligent in discharging their duties. They have also deployed bomb disposable squad, special parties, intelligence wing also. The SP directed the officials to step up vigilance on the movement of the strangers.
