Power lifting player Pasupuleti felicitated

Guntur: District Collector Kona Sasidhar felicitated international power lifting player Pasupuleti Suresh who bagged many medals here on Thursday.

He said many players hail from Guntur district had bagged gold, silver and bronze medals and brought name and fame to the country. The government would encourage them and the district administration would also honour the players.

He said that Pasupuleti Suesh bagged four gold medals in the Asian Power Lifting competitions held in Rajasthan and got fourth place in the world championship in power lifting.

The Collector reminded that during the last three years, Suresh won gold, silver and bronze medals and has been getting name and fame to the state and country.
Later, he felicitated Pasupuleti Suresh. Joint Collector Imitiaz Ahmed, GMC Commissioner Srikesh B Lathkar were among those participated.
