TNUS members meet MP Kesineni Srinivas

Vijayawada: MP Kesineni Srinivas has assured the Telugu Nadu Upadya Sangam (TNUS) members that he would talk to the Central government to benefit the teachers on the pension schemes.

The members of TNUS met the MP at Kesineni Bhavan here on Thursday. They requested him to ensure cancellation of CPS pension system, according to TNUS secretary Borra Pradeep.A letter was handed over to the MP in this regard.

He recalled that the state government had issued GOMS 107 for Gratuity, GOMS 121 for Family Pension earlier and issued GOMS 47 which states the rules and regulations of both Gratuity and Family Pension. He said that TNSU members want  implementation of revised pension 1980 which include regular pension, commutation along with Gratuity and Family Pension.

Later, the TNUS members honoured Kesineni Srinivas.TNUS president Konagalla Reddamma, district coordinator K Nageswara Rao, associate secretary G Prasad, rural convener Saddatulla and others were present.
