Work for unity of secular forces, CPI cadres told

Eluru: CPI Andhra Pradesh Council assistant secretary JV Satyanarayana Murthy (Nani) has called upon the party cadres to work actively for the unification of the secular forces against the BJP and the communal forces to protect the nation.

He participated as chief guest at the CPI district council meeting held in district CPI office on Sunday. Rekha Bhaskara Rao presided over the meeting.

Murthy stated that the party cadres and the affiliated association members should take up the agitation programme against the anti-people, farmers, workers and women policies of BJP-led NDA government on May 23. He pointed out that the Central government was completing four years tenure.  

CPI district committee secretary Dega Prabhakar introduced the secretary report on the party activities.CPI district assistant secretary Bandi Venkateswara Rao, party State control cmmission chairman Nekkanti Subba Rao, State member Md Munna participated in the meeting.
