DEECET 2018 Online exams underway

Ongole: The online exams of Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test 2018, scheduled for two days started peacefully in Prakasam district on Thursday.The district administration announced that 3365 students will attend for the DEECET. 

The exam is being conducted in four centers in the district including the St Ann’s College of Engineering and Technology in Chirala, RISE Krishna Sai, PACE Institute of Technology and Sciences in Ongole and Prakasam Group of Institutions in Kandukur from 10.00AM to 12.30PM and 02.30PM to 05.00PM. 

As per the orders of the collector, the police department setup bandobust at the colleges while the managements provide drinking water and medical camp at the centers. As the exam is being conducted online, the electricity department also cooperated by providing uninterrupted power supply to the exam centers in the exam time.

S Lakshmana Rao, correspondent of the St Ann’s College of Engineering and Technology in Chirala announced that fool proof arrangements were made in their college for the exam, but only 801 candidates were present in their college on Thursday for a total of 1000 candidates.
